Neat and Clean

The job was handled in a professional manner. The work was performed neatly and cleanly without disruption to the association’s fifty-two homeowners. In fact, I feel that most of the owners were unaware of the presence of the repair crew. I did not experience any complaints during or after the completion of the work.

Bill was attentive and responsive to my questions. He identified areas for improvement that were not in the original work scope, and volunteered those improvements at no change to the contract value. I couldn’t ask for better treatment from a contractor.
